PCI done on 14th June. Today is Thursday 27th, almost 2 weeks and still no confirmation on handover. Little to no work has been done since.
Feeling well over numb and over being frustrated.

PCI Scheduled
Got a pleasant phone call from our SS this morning advising PCI and have scheduled a walkthrough on Friday morning.
Can't wait to see our house in detail and go over any issues if found and get them sorted.
Handover is expected one week from Friday which is the 21st June.
Fingers cross all goes to plan.
Oh, and our driveway is being cleaned and sealed today :)

Puzzle into Picture - Big month of June
We are heading down the finish line after many months of construction and delays.
The puzzle is soon becoming a picture......
Finally, our SS has advised that we are almost done, and a PCI (Practical Completion Inspection) will be booked shortly to run through the house in details. Also having an indepent inspector to go over the work in detail as well.
Early to mid May, had the interior painted a few coats as well as the stairs, followed by the tiles to ensuite, main bathroom and powder room which is about 90% complete. Need the tiler to return to finish off niche tiles as they had to order extras. The tile work is quite good and happy with the majority but have questioned some issues and will have them brought up in the PCI.
End of May we finally got the fences removed and site cleaned up. Balcony has started with the Spotted Pine floating floor now visible. We are having the ceiling of the front entrance under the balcony finshed in spotted pine.
Bricks to side of house and exterior ender has been clean and painted. We are very happy on how the colours have turned out.
Early June, our lovely garage door has been installed in the timberlook coboa which has definately complimented to colours of the exterior. We are very stoked of the colours coming alive.
SS provided us the contact for the landscapers and got some additional work done on top of the driveway and porch. We wanted extra concrete the side to house as there isnt much sun there and is often damp after the wet weather. Waiting for the guys to return to do the sealing. We had paid to get some ag pipes done on the side so that water travels to the front garden. We also got some excavation work done in the rear to level the ground around our boundary.
We are certainly happy with the driveway, porch and side finish in the graphite grey colour.
We are really into the rustic, chic and retro look and focused around that type of styling.
As we are in "lock-up" and unable to access the house. We were fortunate to arrive onsite to see some tradies working and took advantage of taking some pictures.
Anyways, heres some updates in pictures, enjoy.

How the house is to date.
There is a lot of dampness going through our front render due to the drainage pipes not connecting to the drain outlet. Therefore when wet, water running from the gutters are dropping onto the soil and condensation occurs into the render. Hope this get sorted out soon as its very ugly and may hinder the render and brick work for the future. RH said they will sort this out.
